Below you will find the revised Time table for the 2015/2016 Students Union Government Election( Executive & Parliament)

Wed 17th – Mon 22nd Feb 2016. —– Collection and submission of nomination forms for the Students’ Union  Executive & Parliament. Ends 10 am on Monday.


Mon 22nd Feb, 2016 —– Screening of Aspirants for Students’ Union by Electoral Commission Executive




Tue 23rd Feb, 2016—– Screening of Aspirants for Students’ Union parliament by Electoral Commission Executive.




Wed 24th Feb, 2016 —– Report of security clearance/screening and display of results.


Thur 25th Feb, 2016 —– Receipts of all Appeals. Appeals after 12 noon 25/02/2016 shall not  be entertained and resolution of all appeals and display of final results.


Sat 27th  Feb, 2016 —– Commission interactives and debate session


Mon 11th April, 2016 —– Manifesto by Aspirants (Ugbowo & Ekehuan) campuses
Venue: Hall 2 car park 
Time: 10am to 6pm


Wed 13th April, 2016 —– General election ( Students’ Union Executive) & final declaration of results


Thurs 14th April, 2016 —– Swearing in of newly elected Executive officers by 10 am




Thurs 14th April, 2016 —– inaugural meeting of Parliament/ Election Parliamentary officers by 1 pm
Venue: Sports complex

Fri 15th April, 2016 —– swearing in of the newly elected Parliamentary officers/judicial Officers 
Time: 10am
