Dean of Students visits Hall 3 – breaks the toilet padlock

The Dean of students responded to the call of Hall 3 via the phone and he came straight to Hall 3.
On arriving to Hall 3, him, his assistant , the PEO, Potter’s and security entered into Block C of the male hostel. On getting there, the Dean of students requested for hammer, when the hammer was brought, then he asked someone to break the padlock. On seeing this, the students rejoiced.
The Dean addressed the students, he said that his students cannot suffer like this. He ordered the contractors to open the toilets.
