UNIBEN SUG PRO reacts to some trending issues
It is with joy and gratitude to GOD that the RESTORATION Executives welcome you back on campus for the new academic session.
Quickly I will like to use this opportunity to react to some trending issues surrounding the institution. I must not fail to say that the Students Union is proud of the maturity and poise shown by you all amidst this issues. This has indeed come to prove that UNIBEN STUDENTS CAN NOT BE INTIMIDATED. I strongly urge UNIBEN STUDENTS to remain calm and happy because victory is certain (VICTORIA ASCERTA)!
I will like to reiterate the fact that “WE WILL RESIST ANY INCREMENT IF ANY”.
It is important to note that there will be temporary accommodation from today for our students and it will last for 21 days so that students can apply for Hostel in peace and have a conducive scenery to kick start the session.
Permanent hostel accommodation will kick off soon. The school fees portal will be functional soon due to some issues from the CRPU unit and the hostel application will be done manually and on a faculty structure base. Students should be calm and expectant.
The Students Union government is still committed to the struggle and for the sake of UNIBEN students, we will never be intimidated but stay resilient and strong in the quest to restore the glory of UNIBEN.
This memo will not be complete if I fail to say Bon voyage to you all as you travel from your various destinations and pray the strength needed to overcome the turbulence of this session tags along with you as you come.
let it be known, preached and remembered that UNIBEN STUDENTS DESERVE GOODNEWS.
